1. Service Delivery

SkillPivot provides digital educational services. All our courses and materials are delivered electronically through our online learning platform. There are no physical products to be shipped.

2. Instant Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive immediate access to the course materials in your student dashboard. You will receive an email confirmation with details on how to access your course.

3. HAAS Access

For courses that include Hardware-as-a-Service (HAAS) components, access to the virtual lab environments will be provided within the course platform. Instructions for accessing and using these resources will be detailed in the relevant course modules. Access is scheduled and managed through your dashboard.
